CALL TO ORDER:

 

            Mayor Lahey called the meeting to order on the above date and time.

 

            The following Councilors were present: Councilor Fitzgerald, Lipman, Baer, Hamel and Bolduc. Also present City Manager Eileen Cabanel. Councilor Luther absent.
